V-TUNING are able to carry out porting and polishing to all cylinder heads found on Vauxhalls range of engines. Most commonly though, work is carried out on the 2L 16v ‘XE and LET’ engines normally found in the Astra, Cavalier and Calibra.

Price also includes complete strip down and cleaning of head, the re-grind of all valves and new valve stem oil seals fitted.
 

Work can also be carried out to ensure that aftermarket ‘throttle body’ and ‘carburetor’ manifolds are flowed and matched to ensure a smooth direct path of air straight into your engine.
