C20LET Chip Tuning

M-Tech Phase 1 - 250bhp / 360nm

Mild upgrade to the standard C20LET Engine. Involves two pre-programmed EPROM chips raising over-boost and holding pressure of the engine. Retains the standard fuel pressure of 3bar and the standard intercooler can be retained. To be run on a minimum of 98 octane fuel.

Phase 1 Price = £215
Fitting of full kit = £60

M-Tech Phase 2 - 280bhp / 380nm

Further upgrade to the standard C20LET Engine. Involves two pre-programmed EPROM chips raising over-boost and holding pressure of the engine with a slight increase in fuel pressure. Also includes new spark plugs and new wastegate actuator and 3.5bar fuel pressure regulator. Engine requires a larger intercooler, uprated fuel pump and free flowing exhaust system. To be run on a minimum of 98 octane fuel.

    - Up-rated Wastegate Actuator
    - 3.5bar Fuel Pressure regulator
    - New Spark Plugs
    - Set-up instructions

Phase 2 Price = £360
Fitting of full kit = £60

M-Tech Phase 3 - 300bhp / 430nm

Further upgrade to the standard C20LET Engine. Involves two pre-programmed EPROM chips raising over-boost and holding pressure of the engine with an increase in fuel pressure. Also includes new spark plugs and new wastegate actuator and 4bar fuel pressure regulator. Engine requires a larger intercooler, uprated fuel pump and free flowing exhaust system coupled with ARP big end bolts. To be run on a minimum of 98 octane fuel.

    - Re-programmed Map Sensor
    - 4bar Fuel Pressure Regulator
    - Up-rated Wastegate Actuator
    - New Spark Plugs
    - Set-up instructions
