C20LET Tuning Parts

Large Front mounted Intercooler

This is by far the best modification that can be done to any turbo car. The standard intercooler that is fitted on the Cavalier/Calibra Turbo is only suitable for power increases up to around 260BHP. After this, the air intake temperature is too high going to the engine and this can lead to detonation. The M-Tech kit is designed to sit behind the standard bumper to allow maximum airflow to pass through it. This allows the charge temp to drop low enough to safely raise the boost levels within the turbocharger using our Phase kits.  = £460

Set of 4 steel conrods for all 2.0L Vauxhall/Opel petrol engines.
Compatible with C20LET, Z20LET, Z20LEL, Z20LER, X20XEV, C20NE and C20XE. Track-versions, H-shaft, Extremely strong and very light. Price is per set of 4 conrods incl. ARP conrod bolts. = £500


Enlarged Inlet

The standard air intake has a narrower inlet opening which hampers the air intake when using larger intercoolers. This air intake replaces the original one and can be used with either 50 or 60mm intercooler pipe work. Also includes a built in dump valve fitting close to the throttle body ensuring a faster response of the valve. = £135

Sports Fuel Pump

Due to general wear and tear, the wires going to the fuel pump weaken and can cause a drop in voltage at the fuel pump. This reduces flow and at max power this is dangerous as the engine can run lean and melt pistons. To compensate for this we recommend fitting our up-rated fuel pump to deliver a high flow rate at low fuel pressure and also lower voltage in relation to the standard Bosch unit. Pumps are available for internal and external applications. When power is upgraded to 300BHP and above it is advisable to replace the standard pump with one of our high flow fuel pumps. This pump will flow 110l/h @ 6.5 bar and has a cap at 12bar. = £120.

ARP Conrod Bolts

The most important modification to your tuned or standard engine are stronger conrod bolts. The original conrod bolts are the weak spot in all Vauxhall/Opel engines. These ARP items are much stronger than the original. Easily replaced by removing the sump.  Also suitable for the following engines: - C20NE - C20XE - C20LET - X20XEV - Z20LET - C18XE - X18XE - X22XE - Y22SE - X20XER - Z20LEL - Z20LER - Z20LEH Price: 1 (set of 8 bolts and special grease)  = £85
